Mill Park Condos Description:

Mill Park condos are located at Brown Park on Payette Lake just a few blocks from downtown McCall. They have a shared private boat dock, a sandy cove for swimming, and lots of grass between the condos and the lake for playing. These condos are some of the largest in McCall. Upper units are 2,030 sq ft, 2 story and lower units are 1,510 sq ft and all on one level.

Upstairs units 5 & 6 are accessible from one stairwell, and upstairs units 7 & 8 are accessible from another stairwell.

General:		From downtown head East on Lake Street (by Hotel McCall) to Mill Road - between Mountain Monkey Business & Gravity Sports - turn left & head North on Mill Rd
Directions:		Enter McCall on Highway 55, which turns into Third Street within city limits. Drive straight toward the lake and when Highway 55 veers left at the Hotel McCall, you will turn right onto Lenora Street to follow the lake east. Take a left on Mill Road (between Mountain Monkey Business and Gravity Sports) and continue to end. The condo's entrance is straight ahead past the stop sign, and you will turn left into the parking area.
