Description:
This stunning 2,800 sq. ft. mountain home is located on 4.5 acres. This luxurious two-story home features breathtaking views and large windows that provide great natural light throughout. There is a gourmet chef's kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, custom-lighted cabinets, and tons of extras. The dining area has access to the patio that has a smoker for grilling, and the spacious living room offers a pellet stove to keep warm during those colder nights.
The master suite, located on the main level, features a desk/workspace, an 86-inch Smart TV, access to the deck with a hot tub, the back yard, and a huge connecting laundry room. The large master bathroom has a soaking tub and a separate shower.
The guest bedrooms are located upstairs, along with the guest bathroom that features a full-size shower, as well as the game room/theatre room that is above the garage and consists of a 65-inch Smart TV and Pop-a-Shot Basketball for family fun!
Outside, there is a Trex deck with a 6-person hot tub, a seating deck, plus a seasonal fire pit to enjoy and take in the serenity of this quiet location.
Perfect for families or any groups who enjoy exploring all the nearby attractions of Lake Cascade, fishing, paddle boarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, canoeing, and more. You'll be a short drive from downtown Cascade where you can get food, drinks, and go axe throwing at the Base Camp Palooza or catch a movie at Roxy's, Cascade's local movie theatre. Tamarack Ski Resort, Gold Fork Hot Springs, Donnelly, and McCall are all just minutes away!
Things to Note: This home is pet-friendly, but please keep in mind the owner allows pets only on the main level only, no pets on any area of the home that is carpeted or upstairs. 4WD is necessary for winter.

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
