Aston Sun Valley General Cancellation Policy:
Policy may not apply to all listings or special promotions or
packages. Please check individual listings too.
A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking for condos; balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. If cancelled outside of 45 days the 25% deposit and a onetime $100 or 5% whichever is greater cancel fee apply; if cancelled 45 days or less to arrival guest is responsible for entire reservation. A onetime 7.5 % resort fee will be added to all reservations. Homes also require a 25% deposit due at the time of booking final payment 60 days prior. If cancelled outside of 60 days prior the $100 cancel fee and 25% deposit are non refundable; if cancelled within 60 days of arrival the full amount of the reservation is non refundable.
What is provided at Check In?
In each bathroom: hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, toilet paper and towels (more of each of these items is available by contacting the management company). Also provided: 1 pots worth of regular and decaffeinated coffee, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent (in applicable units), linens, an iron & ironing board, hairdryers, garbage bags and all basic cooking and eating utensils. Firewood is provided if the property has a wood-burning fireplace. LP gas is provided for the gas bbq’s.(Subject to change without notice)
