Valet Vacation Rentals General Cancellation Policy:
Policy may not apply to all listings or special promotions or
packages. Please check individual listings too.
Guest understands that a $200 deposit plus insurance is required when the reservation is confirmed. The final balance is due in full 30 days prior to arrival and is automatically charged to the credit card on file. Guest is given a 24 hour grace period to cancel their reservation without any penalties. Once reservation has passed the 24 hours grace period, an admin fee of $75 will be charged on any cancellations and the remainder refunded. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival are considered under full cancellation penalty with no grace period. Guest understands they are under full commitment when booking within 30 days of arrival. We suggest travel insurance if you feel your plans may change.
What is provided at Check In?
Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags (extras bags be found in the bottom of the trash can), dish cloths and sponges. Creamers, sugars, basket filters for coffee maker (some may not require them). You will find a packet for morning coffee and teas for that first morning. Body and bath soaps, laundry detergent, toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels, matches and fire starters. Each bathroom is equipped with a set of towels based on the amount of individuals the home sleeps. As we don’t allow our homes to be overslept, you will not find additional sets of towels or sheets. You will find two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and a bar of facial soap and body soap. Extra light-bulbs and batteries for the remotes should they go out during your stay are normally found in a top kitchen drawer, or coffee table drawer or above the refrigerator. A bundle of wood is supplied during the winter months (Nov-Mar) for wood-burning fireplaces. Propane for grills. (Subject to change without notice)
