mccallcabins General Cancellation Policy:
Policy may not apply to all listings or special promotions or
packages. Please check individual listings too.
*PAY BY CHECK. $50.00 bookkeeping fee if cancelled anytime per unit. Your credit card has secured your reservation with a non-refundable 25% deposit and is also considered a $1000.00 damage and or missing inventory deposit. The balance of your reservation is due 30 days before you check in and is non refundable. You will be held financially responsible for any and all damages and or missing inventory during your stay, up to and above your deposit. If it is determined that there were more people occupying the unit than allowed, you will be charged $50 per person over the maximum guests allowed. There are no refunds for late arrivals and/or early departures. A major credit card is required upon check-in to cover incidental charges. Specific unit numbers and bed configuration s are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to provide accommodations of equal or greater value, at no extra charge, if it becomes necessary to relocate a guest or group should a property become unavailable.
What is provided at Check In?
In each bathroom: 1 liquid hand soap, 1 bar soap for each shower/bathtub, 1 small bottle of shampoo and conditioner for every 3 days, towels and 1 roll of toilet paper per day. Also provided: 1 liquid hand soap in kitchen, 2 rolls of paper towels, laundry soap (in applicable units), dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, linens and all basic cooking and eating utensils. Firewood is not guaranteed, if it is at the house the guest may use it. LP gas is not provided for gas bbq's, it is requested that each guest refill upon departure. (Subject to change without notice)
