Lakeside Vacation Rentals General Cancellation Policy:
Policy may not apply to all listings or special promotions or packages. Please check individual listings too.

25% of the total reservation due when the reservation is made. If the reservation is cancelled at any time you will forfeit the 25% deposit and a $50 book keeping fee. Cancel 30 days or less - NO REFUND. Entire reservation amount will be charged. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposit & balance will be processed automatically Visa and MasterCard Only.

What is provided at Check In?
In each bathroom: 1 hand soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper and towels. Also provided: 1 roll of paper towels, dishwashing detergent (in applicable units), all basic cooking and eating utensils and at least one garbage bag per can. All linens are also provided and laundry detergent (in applicable units). Firewood is provided. LP gas is provided for gas bbq's.(Subject to change without notice)
