McConnell Mansion Museum Description:

This old Victorian, home to the 3rd Governor of Idaho, William McConnell, has been restored and renovated to house many interesting historical artifacts from the era as well as to host unique events like the annual ice cream social held each July, the Victorian Christmas and discovery events for children. For the three Saturdays prior to Valentines Day, the museum offers sessions for lace makers. In addition, this museum is one of 8 museums on the Lewis and Clark Trail and there's a summer of activities planned surrounding the Lewis and Clark Expedition.
