The Northwest's largest theme park features Tremors, a 60 mile per hour, heart-in-your-throat, screaming underground roller coaster, plus it's equally twisted cousins Timber Terror and the Corkscrew. And new in July 2008: the metal monster that will dominate the skies over Silverwood. This 191 foot tall beast is really two thrills in one, because not only does it take you forwards through a cobra roll and inverted loop at over 65 mph, but backwards as well! To slow things down, ride a vintage steam train, challenge a gigantic wave pool and monster waterslides or enjoy dazzling live entertainment. Just a short drive away, 10 miles north of Coeur d'Alene on Hwy 95!
Your admission also covers entry into the Boulder Beach Water Park! Get wet on one of the four monster waterslides on Rumble Falls, or cruise over to Big Moose Bay and dine on the surf dished-up by the gigantic wave pool. Still not completely satisfied? Then sink your teeth into the all-new high-speed body slides. Forget the mats and inner tubes, it’s just you, the water, pitch-darkness, 62-foot vertical drops, and oh yeah, speeds up to 50 mph.
