We specificly requested a room with access to a hot tub, only to find that the hot tub closed for repairs. We have taken advantage of the hotel's Park and Fly program numerous times. The hotel was great with friendly folks answering any questions we had. We were able to leave our car there, and were shuttled to and from the airport. Our return trip was delayed several days but they were great about the change. We arrived after midnight our return, but the shuttle waited at the airport for us! Thank YOU!!! The rooms are larger, with space to spread out. The staff is always friendly and the bar area is a nice place to gather. We parked for just over two weeks and the cost was included with our overnight room rate which was nearly free, plus a shuttle to and from the airport. I had trouble initially finding the correct Holiday Inn but matched their address with online info to get their phone number. Front desk lady was fantastic. Friendly and welcoming. The room was bigger than we needed but that was fine. The hallway carpet on 2nd floor was worn and loose in some areas.
